Mid-Mo Moms Cleaning LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to Mid-Mo Moms Cleaning LLC! These Terms of Service govern all cleaning services provided by our team throughout Mid-Missouri. By booking with us—either directly or through any of our online platforms—you agree to the policies and expectations outlined below. These terms are in place to protect both you (our valued client) and our staff while ensuring the highest level of service.

1. 📝 Booking & Scheduling Policy

We provide post-construction, turnover/move-out, deep residential, and recurring cleaning services across Columbia, Jefferson City, Clark, Fulton, Mexico, Moberly, Boonville, Ashland, Centralia, and surrounding areas.

To request service, clients must provide:

  • Accurate personal and property details (name, address, phone number, email)

  • Square footage, number of rooms, home condition, and requested add-ons

Scheduling Notes:

  • Appointments are subject to availability

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons

  • We may reschedule due to severe weather, emergencies, or unsafe conditions

  • Please inform us in advance if anyone in the home is ill

2. 💳 Deposit & Payment Terms

To confirm a cleaning appointment:

  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for post-construction and move-out/turnover cleanings

  • Recurring or deep residential cleanings typically do not require a deposit unless extra time or services are added

  • Final payment is due on the day of service

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Venmo

  • Cash (exact amount preferred)

  • Digital invoices via QuickBooks or BookingKoala
    (Note: Checks are not accepted at this time)

Late Payments:

  • $10/day late fee for payments not received within 24 hours of service

  • Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

3. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because we reserve time specifically for your home:

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposit and incur a $50 fee

  • Repeat last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings

Missed Appointments:

  • Includes locked doors, unrestrained pets, or client no-shows

  • Will be treated as no-shows and deposits will be retained

4. 🧹 Scope of Work

Each appointment includes the tasks listed in your quote or confirmation. These may include:

Included (when quoted):

  • Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping

  • Cleaning interior appliances

  • Disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens

  • Interior (reachable) window cleaning

  • Trash removal and general tidying

Not Included Unless Quoted:

  • Exterior windows or high-ladder work

  • Biohazard/mold cleanup

  • Hoarding cleanouts

  • Pest control

  • Large junk hauling

If job conditions exceed the described scope:

  • We may provide an updated quote or reschedule service

5. 🔐 Property Access & Entry

Clients are responsible for ensuring access at the scheduled time.

  • We will wait up to 15 minutes

  • If access is not provided, the appointment is marked as a no-show

  • Deposit will be retained and a $50 no-access fee may apply

Please confirm gate codes, lockbox info, or key instructions 24 hours in advance.

6. 🐾 Pet Policy

We are happy to clean pet-friendly homes, but ask for the following:

  • Inform us of pets during booking

  • Secure aggressive, anxious, or disruptive pets

Pet-Related Fees:

  • $30 fee for first-time cleans with pets present

  • $30–$50 surcharge for excessive pet hair, odor, or accidents

We are not liable for escaped pets or unpredictable behavior during service.

7. 💧 Damage & Liability Policy

We take every precaution to care for your home. In the rare event of damage:

  • Notify us within 24 hours

  • We will assess and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Not Covered:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Unstable fixtures or furniture

  • Improper installations

8. ✨ Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re unsatisfied with your cleaning:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • We’ll return to address missed areas at no extra charge (provided conditions haven’t changed)

This guarantee does not apply if others have entered the property post-cleaning.

9. 📊 Pricing Adjustments

Quotes are based on initial client-provided information. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if:

  • The home is larger/more soiled than described

  • Add-ons are requested at time of service

  • Pets or excessive clutter are present without prior notice

All changes will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

10. 📧 Communication & Consent

By booking with us, you consent to receive communication regarding:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Invoices and payment notices

  • Follow-up and feedback requests

11. 🌍 Service Area & Travel Fee

Our standard service radius is 30 miles from Clark, MO.

  • $25 fuel fee applies for homes outside this radius

  • Homes beyond 45 miles may have limited availability or custom pricing

12. ❌ Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or stop service if:

  • Property is unsafe or unsanitary

  • Staff experience harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior

  • Pest infestations or hoarding conditions are present

  • Our terms and payment policies are violated

📢 Legal Agreement

By scheduling service with Mid-Mo Moms Cleaning LLC (via phone, website, form, or referral), you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
