Do I need to be home?
No, you’re not required to be home. Many clients provide us with garage codes, lockbox keys, or keypad entries
Cancellation policy
48-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellation fee: $50. Lockouts or no-shows: Full-service fee applies.

Monday – Friday: 8AM – 5PM. Saturdays: Limited availability (weekend surcharge applies).

Residential Deep Cleaning
Included: Baseboards, trim, doors wiped. Cobweb removal. Kitchen deep cleaning. Bathrooms fully sanitized. Appliance exteriors cleaned. Light fixture dusting (reachable). Ceiling fans wiped (reachable). Spot wall cleaning. Interior windows (if selected). Floors vacuumed, mopped, polished. Light trash removal.
Starting at $150. Pricing varies based on size, condition, and add-ons.
Add-ons
Laundry: $30/load. Interior windows: $10/window or $150 full house. Exterior windows (tilt-in only): $12/window or $100 full house. Oven: $40. Refrigerator: $50. Dishwasher: $25. Garage Cleaning: $75. Pet Fee: $40 first visit, $20 ongoing. Green Products: +$20–$50. Heavy Clutter Fee: $50–$100. Rural Fuel Fee: $20–$40.
Move-Out & Turnover Cleaning
Included: Everything included in a Deep Clean, PLUS: Interior cabinet & drawer cleaning. Appliance interiors cleaned (fridge, oven, dishwasher). Kitchen & bathroom sanitation. Window sills & tracks cleaned. Light fixture dusting. Stainless steel, mirrors polished. Interior windows. Spot wall cleaning. Trash removal (light household debris).
Not included by default: Garage cleaning (available for $75).
Starting at $200. Deposit required: $100 non-refundable deposit at booking. Balance due upon completion.
Post-Construction Cleaning
3-Phase Process:
Phase 1 — Rough Clean ($0.18–$0.20/sq ft): Remove trash & debris. Haul packaging materials. Remove window stickers & protective film. Heavy dust shop vacuuming. Initial sweeping.
Phase 2 — Final Clean ($0.24–$0.26/sq ft): Damp wipe all surfaces (walls, doors, cabinets, etc.). Cabinet interiors cleaned. Kitchen & bathroom detailed. Light fixtures dusted (reachable). Interior window cleaning. Appliance interiors (if requested). Floors vacuumed & mopped multiple times.
Phase 3 — Touch-Up Clean ($0.15–$0.18/sq ft): Remove settled dust. Wipe all surfaces again. Spot mop & polish floors. Polish fixtures & mirrors.
Equipment Used: HEPA vacuums. Air scrubbers (if needed). Microfiber cloths. Safe products for finished surfaces.
Hoarding Cleanouts
We handle: Family hoarding situations. Estate cleanouts. Rental turnovers. Social service referrals.
Hoarding levels we handle: Level 1 Light clutter: Deep clean + hourly declutter. Level 2 Multiple rooms, minor hazards: $1.50–$3.00/sq ft. Level 3 Blocked rooms, sanitation concerns: $3.00–$5.00/sq ft. Level 4 Structural/pest/biohazards: $5.00–$10.00/sq ft. Level 5 Extreme hoarding: Referral to hazmat specialists.
Hoarding cleanout process: Consultation. Written estimate. Signed contract & deposit. Sorting, hauling, trash & donation management. Deep cleaning. Final walk-through.
Donation drop-off available
$100 per load. Delivered to approved local charities (Goodwill, Salvation Army, shelters, etc.). Receipts provided when available.
Hazards we do NOT handle
Needles, medical sharps. Human or animal waste. Animal remains. Pest infestations. Mold remediation. Biohazards or sewage. Hazardous materials. Ammunition, firearms, explosives.

Deposits required: Move-Out $100 non-refundable. Deep Clean $200. Construction 50%. Hoarding 50%. Recurring Cleaning No deposit.
Payment methods accepted: Cash. Check. Debit/Credit (2.9% processing fee applies). Venmo. PayPal. QuickBooks Invoice.
Contracts required for: Hoarding cleanouts. Estate cleanouts. Construction projects. Large deep cleans.
Pet policy: Pets must be fully secured before service. We are not responsible for loose or unsupervised pets.
Cancellation policy reminder: 48-hour notice required. $50 same-day cancel fee. Lockouts or no-shows charged full-service fee.
